The Nautilus annual tournament took place during the weekend of 15 and 16 October. The Ponds Forge International Sport Centre in Sheffield hosted 41 teams from across the United Kingdom for the 35th edition of the competition.
The Southsea team continued to monopolise the titles. The world’s first club won its 16th Nautilus by finishing, once again, unbeaten. The defending champions won five of their six games and only drew with West London. Still led by Matthew Willis and Ross Pocock, the unsinkable Southsea players claimed their seventh consecutive title. They are ahead of the young Team South West, who achieved their best ever result with second place. As in 2021, the West Wickham team completed the podium. In their first appearance in the D1, Yorkshire managed to secure a place in the top division by finishing in fifth place.
West London and Manchester were relegated to Division 2, replaced by Welsh side Pembroke and Dunstable, who progressed to the top level of the competition.
