The triumph of Deniz Yildizlari Sport Club in the Turkish U19 championships
The Turkish U19 Championships were held in Çanakkale from 14 to 17 October 2021. 11 women’s teams and 16 men’s teams from 7 different provinces participated in the competition.
The men’s U19 of Deniz Yildizlari Sports Club defeated Kocaeli Swimming Club 3-2 in the final and became Turkish champion. Deniz Yildizlari Sports Club also won the women’s title. The U19s totally dominated the final 8-0 against Ege Underwater Sport Club.
The Turkish FA President Şahin Özen congratulated the teams at the awards ceremony : « We have witnessed a great battle. Congratulations to our teams who became champions and thanks to all the teams who participated in the championship. »
