French Open League : The Elites France 1 and the Squale Team win the Saint Malo stage !
The last qualifying stage of the French Open League took place on 27 and 28 March at Aquamalo (Saint-Malo). An unusual competition with a different format but qualifying tickets have still been distributed.
The French Open League adapted to the lack of registered teams with a two group format, an A group and a mixed B group. In pool A, the Elite France men’s coaches Nicolas Legeay and Olivier Flandrin took advantage of this tournament to test their players by forming two teams. Unsurprisingly, they finished at the top of the ranking, despite difficulties in the games against Dinan (3rd). Thanks to their fourth place, Morlaix secured their qualifying place in pool B (?), in which they had entered, for the grand final in Sarcelles.

In pool B, the Squale Team and Dinan Mixte got the better of the three all-women teams present. Rennes F finished in third place ahead of Le Chesnay F and HOPE F.
