The Welsh Championship took place on Saturday 11th December 2022. Five teams were competing at the Haverfordwest pool for the title of Welsh Champion.
A year has passed but the positions have barely changed. In this 46th Welsh National Championship, the ninth team in the UK and promoted to Division 1 of the Nautilus, Pembroke kept their place. The defending champions have won two in a row and are crowned champions for the 12th time. They are now just one step behind their runner-up, Loughor, who hold the most championships with 13. Like last year, Pembroke B are on the podium and Cardiff & Newport in fourth place in the mixed competition.
