U19 M :
The second day of competition once again provided plenty of answers in this category. Only two teams did not taste defeat: France and New Zealand. With three matches and three wins, both teams are beginning to stand out from the rest in this round robin. Turkey are third after losing to New Zealand (3-1) in a highly contested match, despite a first half in which the Kiwis played with five men for 5 minutes after a prison break. Behind these three teams are Great Britain and Australia on equal points with two wins and a draw.

U19 W :
Who will stop New Zealand? As the only unbeaten team, the Blacks managed a 1-0 victory over Australia in a match that had all the makings of a final phase. With three games and three victories to their name, it’s going to take a lot of effort to beat New Zealand and to catch up with the reigning world champions. Australia are the obvious outsiders after their opening-day display against France and Colombia, who played out a 1-1 draw today.

U24 M :

The Blacks take the lead again! New Zealand is the last team to win all 4 matches. In the last match of the day, after a tight first half, the Kiwis dominated Spain 7-2. If they manage a big win against Australia tomorrow, there’ll be no room for doubt: they’ll be more than favourites for the rest of the competition. Behind them, South Africa is also present in the battle, also unbeaten, the Bocks have only played three matches and will face France and Spain tomorrow after their 15-0 victory over the USA today. Behind them, it’s already the battle for the 5-7 spot in this round robin between Great Britain, Turkey and Colombia.

U24 W:

Here we go again ! New Zealand are also unbeaten in the category after a 9-0 victory over Colombia. What more can we say, except that with 12 points, the coaches will already be able to manage the fatigue of the squad. In ambush, France is there with a 4-1 victory over South Africa. The French have a 2-point lead with a game in hand over Turkey, who drew 0-0 with fourth-placed Australia.
