During the month of March, two regional championships took place with the Eastern Region and the Pyrenees Mediterranean Occitania tournament. In addition to determining the regional champion, Regional Championships also determine in which division each team will play this season.
On 5 March, in Metz, six teams competed to find out who would be the regional champion of the East and the division of each club for the rest of the season. The Sedan team won the competition by taking first place in the ranking, allowing them to play in the second division in Toulon. In second place, Nogent sur Seine qualified for the third division. Third in the ranking, the team from Epernay also validates its participation in the D3 that will be played in Compiègne.

On 26 March, at the Amphitrite swimming pool in Montpellier, the regional competition of the Pyrenees Mediterranean Occitania was very close between clubs, as each team recorded one victory and one defeat. The ranking was based on the goal average. Montpellier Manchots are in first place with 4 goals scored and 2 conceded, they will play in the second division. In second place is Toulouse CHOKS with 2 goals scored and 2 conceded and will move up to the third division. In last place is Cahors Subquercy with 3 goals for and 5 conceded and will continue their season in the fourth division.
