Spain’s national team plays Estoril Praia in Madrid

On the weekend of 4 and 5 March, Portuguese club Estoril Praia travelled to Madrid, in Spain, to play the Spanish Elite Men’s team. The objective of this match was to allow the Spanish to select their team for the 2023 World Championships.

After the invitation of the Spanish Elite Men’s team, the Lisbon club Estoril Praia went to Madrid. A match between the two teams to define the Spanish team which will participate in the 2023 World Championships in Australia. Twenty players from the Spanish selection competed against twelve Portuguese players. The official list of the Spanish men’s elite selection will be announced in the coming weeks.
